Mr. Spearmen plus one worker performed all the work in a timely manner. Had to point out one or two details that didn't meet my expectations but they were fixed / repaired promptly.
Cleaned up at end of work day and placed tools / equipment in truck. Picked up trash and debri and placed in bags and hauled off trash @ end of each day.
Work was professional - no smears, spills or splatter.
Work schedule was prompt - let us know if he would be back the next day or if he wouldn't be back. Rain did delay his work but he followed the weather forecast and let us know in advance if he could / would work the next day.

Point out a safety concern with my deck railing and offered to help me make the repair with cost. (Which he did and was most helpful).
