One unit was fine. Freon had leaked out of the second unit. Due to age of the unit (1995), I made the decision not to repair that unit and replace it instead. Lee, the technician, was very professional during the service call. He arrived on time, and took time to discuss feasibility of repair vs purchase options. Disposable shoe coverings were used inside of the house.

I put in an online service request Sunday evening. They called Monday morning and had a tech out by early afternoon Monday. Great job.

I have used Pittman ever since we purchased this home in 2000. Because they installed the original heating/cooling system, they knew it from top to bottom. They also gave us super service including a service call in the middle of a summer heat wave when they arrived less than three hours after I called them. We had one heat pump replaced in early 2011 and the other two a year later. Pittman carefully discussed the choices we had, gave us a fair price, and installed on time. They include a 10 year warranty and the first year maintainance check-up/cleaning.

Maintenance on 3 heat pump units in house and 1 in break room area of barn on property.
Service includes changing filters as well as regular maintenance of units.
The serviceman came at set time and performed work to our satisfaction.

They've done a very good job for us. They will be coming this year. They are a local company and I think one of our neighbors recommended them to us. We were very happy with the service. They come when they say they will, they do a nice job and clean up after themselves when necessary. I think the price is reasonable.

The office manager was very accommodating in making an appointment for the day that I needed service, she called to confirm the appointment and then called again on the date of service to let me know that the technician was enroute. When he arrived, the technician explained what he needed to do and then went right to work and had the job done quickly and efficiently. He was very careful to use shoe covers each time he needed to come inside the house and he removed all the parts that were replaced when he finished. The company offers a pre-paid service plan that ensures emergency service if needed and avoids additional charges in case call backs are necessary. I would highly recommend Pittman Heating and A/C.

Very good. Service tech arrived on time, had proper equipment, and carefully checked out the the two heat pump systems. Tech acknowledged that he was a recent training graduate, but he seemed to know his stuff and was very conscientious.

We have tried other people and they never show up, but with Pittman's they are on time. If they are running 3 minutes behind, they will call and let you know. They are excellent!
