Description of Work: The service and response went great. We used the Greenwood office, not Seneca. Northlands Basic Package has less channel choices than Charter Basic Package. Basic should include more options.

 + 0 moreThe internet service is okay. I had called the customer service one time, because there was an issue with some other outlet and I was told how to fix it.
Description of Work: I use Northland Cable Television for internet and TV cable services. I have a standard package.
