I had a 50a breaker on a Zinsco panel for my air conditioner burn out. These breakers are hard to get and it was very hot out. Gene was kind enough to work with us over the phone (no charge) to walk us through swapping it out a functional breaker so we could still have air conditioning. When we realized that the work was beyond our ability, he was able to come out and swap it for us immediately. Then when the new breaker arrived, he came by and changed it again. Overall the cost was extremely reasonable and he was very generous with his time and effort.
We also had our water heater go out earlier in the year and they were able to get us wired within a few hours of when we called. I couldn't ask for better service.
