gutter repair
+ -1 morePoor, if any, communication skills. Promised to call but failed to do so. Not just on one occasion, but several. Could not obtain direct quote - received quote through our renovation contractor. Made appointments - he didn't call or show up. After showing up two days past appointment time, unannounced and after business hours (9:00 p.m.) wanting us to choose a color (in the dark) to match our home, we told him we would take our business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Tried to receive an estimate. After waiting for two weeks for estimate, tried calling numerous times.
