They Came same day as I called to inspect the system which was not cooling and offered repair and new system options without high sales pressure. 2 old heat pumps were replaced with new TraneXR15 high efficiency systems. Old equipment was removed and new system installed within 5 days. Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves well. Very happy with work and price. Repair option cost depended on how much R15 refrigerant would be required to fill the system back up. They said they couldn't guarantee how much it would take or how long it would last due to obvious corrosion in the coils. Refrigerant was$75/ lb. and we estimated $400. We were planning to replace the old moldy system anyway.

Did the work quickly and correctly.  I did not have function programming book available on new thermostat when it was wired so it was not auto-switching between heat and air.  Called them on Saturday and got a call back and was walked through getting the correct settings.  Last year they installed a new fan motor in one unit as well.  Highly recommend.

After discovering that the top floor unit on my 2 area HVAC system had quit working, I called Smith Air Masters. They came the following afternoon. They examined the external compressors units and found them to be fine. The air-handler in the upstairs unit was out, and after crawling way up into the crawl-space above the attic, they removed the fan unit. The faulty 20 year-old motor was relaced and the fan was re-installed. 2 men-approximately 2.5 hours labor+fan motor= $320. What a deal. These guys are the best!!
