AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES ON THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT, AND NO ONE SHOWING UP, I CALLED THEM. I DISCOVERED THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE US ON THE BOOKS. FINALLY, THE NEXT MORNING, SOMEONE CAME OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WOULD I HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE? KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW, I'D CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT.
