Tire Kingdom

After discovering my tire had gone flat overnight, my sons asked a neighbor for advice as to who could help. My neighbor actually recommended Tire Kingdom and was kind enough to take them and the tire to Tire Kingdom near Dave Lyle Blvd. They assessed the reason free of charge. My grown sons then replaced the tire with the spare themselves. Since moving to Rock Hill, this was my first experience with a tire dealership. Even though it was a minor issue, I'm thankful for their help and glad there was no charge.

We've done oil changes with them. I think they were trying to give us a deal on price. I know in the past my fiancee would go in there and they did some changes for him for free. They honored an agreement that he had with another, they are part of some sort of consortium of companies that all honor tire rotation agreements I think, anyway, so he was pretty excited about that. Their responsiveness was very good. They have us a number of options, then they called us right when our vehicle was ready. The main guy that we dealt with definitely would get an A in professionalism. They had another employee who was a little bit more clueless and didn't seem to know what was going on. The other guy came and interfered and made sure everything was taken care of, so he must be a manager or something.

I had a problem with the Local Tire Kingdom in Rock Hill.I
had a flat tire on a Sunday,so I gave them a try.
First,they didn’t have a low-profile jack to use to jack up
my Vette,so I drove the car home and used my LP jack,took the tire off,and
drove the wheel/tire back to their place in another car.
They did fix the tire well,but damaged my wheel in the
process.They either don’t have the proper equipment for after-market wheels( I
run Iforged Alloys) or it’s a training problem.
Still unresolved as of 11.16.12
