After replacing roof, the house got so hot that the air conditioner could hardly keep up and now my power bill went up. I did not complain about this and just dealt with it. Then 4 years later, (still under the 5 yr. workmanship and 30yr materials warrantee), water started entering my master bedroom, master bath, kids bedroom, and living room. I got on the roof and found that 35% of the shingles were lifting up and separating. We had snow and ice about that time so I got my insurance company involved. They came and said that the roof was not installed correctly. I then got the insurance company adjuster and his supervisor and the roofing contractor to look at my roof together. the adjusters again said that the roof was installed incorrectly and they would not pay for roof repairs. The contractor then reluctantly said that he would fix the bad areas of the roof. That was on 2/17/2014. I have since called them about coming over to fix. The contractor said "Oh, I thought that the insurance company took care of it". This was an obvious lie as he said "I will be back in 2 weeks to fix". I called him 3 more times since then only to get this response, "I will be there next week to fix". Well it is now 6/2/2014!

Most of our neighborhood used these guys. They did the job without asking for a dollar out of my deductible. Knocked it out in a day. Very fast turn around from estimate/completion. Highly recommend them. Great quality and professionalism. Couldn't ask for more.

They were excellent. They did a marvelous job and were very professional from the start. The price was very competitive. The owner was also on sight at all times.
