I called Steve and he came right out and replaced the spring. I was thrilled he was able to come so quickly since my car was trapped in the garage and the door was to heavy for me to manually lift and open.

They get an A. They did a great job. I've used them once before when I purchased an Angie's List deal and that's why I had them come back. They did a nice job the first time and when they came back this time, it was the same people and they did a great job. I would tell people to call them up and use them. The workers were great.
