We're on a payment plan. They've always been very professional and they work with you do get you on a budget if you need. They're very responsive. Their pricing is very good. It's like $450 for the whole year but they'll come and do whatever. Whatever you need to have done for free afterwards with the service plan. They're very trustworthy.

Jason said he would be at my house at 9 AM Sunday to check out why my A/C wasn't working. I called at 10 AM and left a message on his voicemail and again at 11 AM and told him I would call him at 1 PM when I got home. He finally called at 2 PM and said he forgot a personal gathering and would be a couple hours. When he did get here he figured out that a switch in the attic had been turned off. He didn't charge me because of the inconsideration. It was not a pleasant experience.

We decided to remodel an attic space we called them to give us an estimate. They were slow on returning phone calls, but after a couple of days we set up an appointment for an estimate. They were a no show, and when we tried the cell phone number given to us the phone was turned of.
