After an initial misunderstanding on the lean-to structure, Vernon came back and rebuilt the structure. The client service was great and he truly wanted us to be happy with the finished product. I would use him in the future for related jobs. Thanks Vernon!
"[removed member name] contacted me over a year after the enclosure was completed. I offer a 90 day warranty on enclosures. Mr. [removed member name] did not want to pay to replace the trim coil, he wanted it covered under warranty, even though the warranty had expired. I am sorry, but I cannot warranty materials for over a year. I would not have had a problem with replacing the trim coil, if he was willing to pay for the cost."
