Stanley Steemer is always good. I don’t know if they’re the absolute best but they do a good job, they are efficient and their prices are fair that’s why we use them. They’re not over and beyond but they always do a good job and they’re always out there quickly. I don’t have to wait. They’re generally on time. There’s always somebody who speaks English. We have been using them for probably 15 years and we wouldn’t keep using them if they didn’t do that good.
