Kyle at Southern Restoration, accompanied by a fellow employee, showed up on time and kept open communication about our appointment and their expected arrival time. They did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that I did not need roof repair, as State Farm pushed for (out of my pocket) in order to keep home insurance on my new (old) home purchase. They could have taken the money and replaced the rippling, lumpy, or curved shingles, when in fact it's a structural issue under the roofing. I SO appreciate their honesty. I was very impressed with them and their company and will be hiring them for gutter repair, which they quoted same day. They are writing up an official report for State Farm on their letterhead to report their findings and State Farm's false accusations of a roof that is only 3 years old. I highly recommend and look forward to doing necessary business with them in the future.

Alex was the first point of contact with this company. He came out to my dads home and was very efficient with his role at the beginning. Walked around the roof of my dads home, took plenty of pictures and videos to explain why he was quoting the job the way he was. Pointed out known issues that he could see. While giving the quote, we talked about MMA, family and kids. He was a very personable guy. Alex told my dad and I that work would be completed in a couple of weeks. Only major complaint at this time with Alex is, I feel his lack of follow through was not where it should be... In steps Morgan. I called the office to vent my frustrations I was having. Although I know I came off very rude and ill mannered toward her, she took it perfectly. She calmed the situation, got heavily involved and kept in touch throughout the course of the project. She followed up several times to make sure everything was going well with the process. Day if install.. I wish I remembered the guys name that was the site Forman ( had a grey pony tail). He and his crew was fantastic. Very nice and friendly with my dad. Took time to explain everything. Seemed to really care. You can tell the work9really knew what they was doing. Amazing team of guys to watch work. Site Forman took time to point out things that I didnt even see throughout the process to ensure it was done correctly. Very happy with those guys! This would be a 100% complete job but, the insurance company mailed the check to the wrong address so, we have to wait till we have a new check in our possession to complete payment. With myself being a small business owner, I look for and expect great customer service. Not only from my employees but also with the business's I work with. Morgan with Southern Restoration Rock Hill SC office is ABSOLUTELY A ROCK STAR! When I recruit people for my business, I typically reach out the ones that I have dealt with personally. So, watch out Souther Restoration, when I have a position open up, she maybe recruited. UPDATE.... ALEX IS A LIER! WILL POST MORE WHEN I HAVE ALL DETAILS CONFIRMED. I had a disappointing experience with Southern Restoration. My commercial building had stucco panels near the roof that had been blown off by wind damage, leaving a large hole in the side. At the time I signed the contract with Southern, I asked how long the repair would take and was told it would be finished within two weeks of getting agreement from the insurance company. Three weeks later nothing had even been submitted to the insurance company. I spoke with a different company at this point that said they could start right away, so I asked Southern to cancel. They did some checking and then promised that they would be able to have a crew out the following Monday and would absolutely be finished by Friday. I did sign a contract with them, so I thought I should give them another chance. Turns out they didn't show up at all that following week. On Wednesday I called and texted them several times to inquire and they never answered or got back to me. At the end of the day that Wednesday, when it was past the point that they could have the job finished when they promised, I texted requesting to cancel. That was two weeks ago and I didn't hear anything from them until today, when I got an invoice for a $1500 cancellation fee. I do not recommend them. If you use them I would strongly suggest that you get timelines in writing ahead of time and have language added to the contract voiding the cancellation fee if they don't meet their commitments.

Greg did an excellent job. He was prompt and delivered when he said he would. Would definitely use him again.

Smooth process. Very knowledgeable on products, installation and assisting me with insurance claim. Will definitely hire again for other work needed at my home.

Came out and fixed the hole the next day. Very nice and we really like talking with him. We did think $200.00 was a little high but I guess that was the minimum charge. Would use them again if needed.

Very well, the team was very professional, courteous and the work was excellent. They had a certain timeframe to get the job done and were successful. We were informed about every detail of the job throughout and all our questions were answered promptly.
