They performed a home inspection for us for a home which we ultimately did not buy. The inspection was very thorough and focused on what was important to us as buyers.

A co-worker referred me to Sherlock Homes. He had a wonderful experience with his company many years ago and mentioned that I should give them a try. Bill, my inspector, came to the house and immediately went to work. He was very thorough and informative. For each concern that he had her provided a clear explanation and demonstration (when possible). In addition he also gave me pointers of possible future concerns that I should watch out for in years to come. He was very professional and I felt safe working with him. He did such a great job that my realator mentioned that his report was the best she has ever read.
