It's very good experience. They did a good job. They were Michelin tires so they were top of the line tires but my husband felt that they were a little bit pricey with the tire alignment. I think the quality was excellent. I just think the price was a little high. Response was good. They took him right in. Professionalism was fine.

The repairman was the same one who Sears has sent to my house before, so
he remembered me and the lawn mower. He provided me sound advice on
the maintenance of the mower and provided prompt repairs which fixed the
problem. I will use them again.

This Sears is less crowded than another one. They were professional.

They practicably replaced the washer with all new parts about a year ago. They keep extending the warranty. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very responsive.

I scheduled the repair online. It really was not that good of an experience. The scheduling was very difficult. They told me the wrong date. I took time off of work to be home and they did not show. I called and they said it was not for that day. I had the transcripts from the online appointment to show and confirm the date. The repair guy who came out was fine.
