First, ran various to checks to see if could a fuse, a bad electrical connection, etc. Determined the issue was with booster pump. Before putting in a new, he took the pump to a technician to see if it could be fixed. The technician was able to fix pump at cost of under $50, which much less than what a new pump would have cost.
