pressure washing
+ -1 moreThe work was scheduled well in advance, roughly two weeks. Mike said he would arrive in the "mid morning" on a Saturday. He arrived at about 11, looked at the condition of the driveway, said that it would not need extras like "whitening", we then agreed on the price, and my only concern was the amount of noise because I have a toddler who sleeps from 12-2. Mike parked his truck with the pressure washer mounted on it in the street and with the exhaust pointed away from the house. The work took about two hours and was MAGNIFICIENT. Anyone reading this needs to be aware that the pressure washer machine RCS uses is AMAZING and a million times better than any pressure washer you might buy at like one of the big box stores. The driveway looked brand new after Mike was done and he somehow managed to do the pressure washing without ANY water pooling in the driveway. In summary, it was a first class job done by a very professional person, Mike Ratcliffe.
Description of Work: I hired RCS Surface Restoration & Preservation to pressure wash my driveway. My driveway had not been cleaned in 7 years and was noticeably stained and discolored from 7 years of typical residentail wear and tear. Noteworthy is that my driveway does not drain correctly and whenever I have tried to hose off the driveway, water tends to pool in several areas. My garage/driveway is a typical two car wide garage with one car wide width probably 50 feet long.
