No response to home warranty company, never called or showed up when promised. No return calls to warranty company.

Rapps was dispatched to fix our HVAC through our home warranty because it was blowing warm air. There were on time. After the work was completed, we were told it was corrected and new fan blades would be ordered and installed. Six weeks went by and they didn't return to finish the work or call. Our HVAC stopped working completely and they were dispatched again. We received an appointment rather quickly but they never showed or called. I called the next day and tried several times to get through and left several messages. I finally reached someone and explain the issues and was disconnected half way through my sentence. I called back again several times and when I finally got someone on the phone I was told they would call me back in ten minutes because their system was acting slow. I never heard back. I called, emailed and had my warranty company call. I finally had to go with another company. The new company came to access the situation and determine that they installed the wrong motor, drilled in their own holes and took all the correct bolts and brackets. Now we are in another waiting game having to wait on parts because of their mistake. I do not recommend. I understand this is a busy time of year and expect long waits but there is no excuse for no show/ no calls, no communication and installing improper parts.

I would not recommend them. the guy was very arrogant.  He just did not know how to fix the a/c and he is just not professional and had a bad attitude.

I was very happy with Rapp's.  They were assigned to me through my home warranty with American Home Shield.  The technician showed up the same day I made the request, which was to look into an a/c unit with a flooded water pan.  He was right on time, walked me through what he was looking for and what he needed to do.  He blew out the drain lines and added 2lbs, of refrigerant.
