Jon Rains did an exceptional job. He was always on time, if not early. Jon was very courteous and polite and great at explaining options on the various products on the market and the pros and cons of each. He is very knowledgeable and provides exceptional quality. His customer focus is obvious. This was the first job I had Rains Remodeling do for me and have had several others done since (see other comments under Bathroom remodeling, Cabinetry and Heating and Air). I will definitely use Rains Remodeling again and again.

He put in some decorative boarding around the bathroom. He took out my old double-sink and put down some counter tops. He took out the sinks and made them look like furniture. My fan in the bathroom was not working. He went in the attic and put a new one in. He put in all new fixtures, mirrors, etc. In the kitchen I had him do custom cabinetry work. He put in under the counter lights. I had him put heating and cooling in my garage. He did an exceptional job. I have already got some estimates on some future work I want him to do.
