They have done some work for me before and I was really satisfied with the work that they did. I felt like I could trust them. They seemed to be very honest people and reasonable in their pricing. They listen to their customer. If I called them, they were there. I would recommend them to anybody else to use too.

Premier A/C and Heat installed a Trane gas pack in my home in August during the hottest days of our summer. Premier offered me a unit at a price that was far better than several other groups I called upon. The entire staff that worked at my home was professional, punctual, and left my home and yard tidy once the job was completed. I would absolutely recommend for others to call for service.

A Plus Rating! From the call to schedule the service the end of my routine service call, an excellent experience! I am new to the state and found Premier on Angie's List. Steve spent time with me teaching me about my programmable thermostat and the hvac unit in my new house. What a nice guy! I opted for the twice a year service, $170.00. Again, being new to the state, I asked him if he know of other contractors that I could contact for other work that I need done. He was a wealth of information. Thank you Steve! This is my first experience with southern hospitality and this former northern girl likes it!!

A plus rating all across the board, they have the highest degree of profession, the only one of a can which I interviewed of a thorough load study that came out twice and spent time, did not just go ahead and try to sell a pocket that actually try to result to problems. And the follow through, quality of workmanship, personnel, and attitude were excellent. Nothing and I rate the review at least 8-10. And they were not the cheapest by means, and even most expensive. I would say a little bit above the middle. They were part above an average but as far as what they did on us. They probably complete within the last 2 weeks, do follow-up this week, on 6 months, in another year. I will give them the highest rating possible and sounds do often. I give most people a quality about an 8, 9, but rarely 10 for this is exceptional.

We called Premier A/C and Heating because our A/C unit stopped working the night before and it was a Friday to boot. The person on the phone was very helpful. She called me back through out the day to see if we were able to get someone to help us. They were able to work me in and he came by that same afternoon. It was 95 outside and we were expecting 100 degree weather over the weekend. They found the problem and even checked with the manufactor to see if the parts that were needed were under warranty. When he found out it was not, he a gave me a fair price on the replacement parts that were needed to get my A/C up and running. We had a great experience from start to finish.

You call them, and they come when they say they are going to come. They call and let you know if they would be delayed. They do what they said. I would most definitely use them in the future.

They are really good. We have nothing but good experiences with them. They are due to come out for a spring service. They did the spring and fall service last year. They completely installed a new heating unit and air duct work in our house probably two and a half years ago before I joined Angie's List. My husband has worked with this gentleman before. He is very reliable. They come and do what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do, and if the work is not done correctly he does it over. It is $200 a year. The clean and check the unit. We have got an air filter system and they clean that out for us making sure everything is done that needs to be done. We paid about $7000 or $8000 for our entire unit with everything we had done including replacing the duct work. We had the extra air purifier system put in and it seems like a very reasonable price to me. The spring service is scheduled to be in about a week and a half. I would use them again in the future.
