When I called Chris, he was very professional on the phone. We set an appointment for an estimate and he arrived exactly on time. He knew exactly what he was talking about and had a picture of a job they just completed. It was exactly what we were looking to do. He completed all the permits and kept in contact with us as we were waiting for HOA approval. Once they started, they did everything exactly as he said. We are so pleased with the workmanship. The crew was very friendly and respectful. I can not express how happy we are with their work. I would certainly hired them in the future if we need anything else.

They tore off an old deck, doubled it's size and built a screen porch in it's place. Also added a carport on the end of the house and tied the new roof into it and it looks as if it has been there since the house was built. They replaced my shingles and even worked on a weekend to get the job done before impending rain came. One small mishap broke my kitchen window and they admitted it and replaced the window without charge to me. Thanks guys for making me proud to show off my home!

I purchased an older home with good bones but in need of some TLC. Chris McIntyre and his crew came in and did a great job for me. They were there when promised and when a question or problem arose, they contacted me and helped work out a solution so work could continue. The addition of the screen porch and carport intergrated seamlessly into the look of the house so well, it's hard to remember what it looked like before.
