PLANT PEDDLER FLOWER SHOPPE

I placed an online order Sunday, August 24, 2014 for next day delivery. Around 5:00 pm Monday, August 25, 2014, I called to confirm delivery. I spoke to Madeline, the store owner. She told me that the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. I told her the driver must be mistaken. My mother had just been released from the hospital and had a full time care giver there and I knew for a fact that someone had been home all day. She started arguing with me. I insisted that there was someone home and finally told her to just cancel the order. She said and I quote " We'll attempt another delivery today, would that make you happy?" I was taken a back by her rudeness and asked if she thought that was a proper way to speak to a customer? She put me on hold and then came back and said that she had spoken to the driver and he admitted going to the wrong address and they would deliver the flowers that night. She didn't apologize for the mix up or for how she spoke to me.

The man who delivered my flowers was so wonderfully nice and very professional. The bouquet was of the highest quality arrangement and absolutely the freshest flowers I have ever received!!
