 + -1 moreTHE OWNER CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE (VERY LOW). HE AGREED TO COME EITHER FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. NO SHOW ON SCHEDULED WORK DAY. HE NEVER CALLED TO SAY HE COULDN'T MAKE IT NOR TO RESCHEDULE.
