 + -1 moreThey didn't do what they promised. They didn't label any of the boxes from the kitchen, they stacked boxes on top of the mattresses all the way up to the ceiling and ruined the mattresses. Also damaged couch and other furniture. Items were disorganized within the boxes, and several lampshades were damaged because they were packed incorrectly. There were also missing clothes. They also left my house open and unlocked on several occassions. They also put several of my wooden chairs outside while they were cleaning. I've called several times to talk to the owner, but he won't talk to me.
Description of Work: I had a kitchen fire and I contracted with them. I had burnt cabinets in the kitchen/smoke damage. They took out my drapes and clothing to get it cleaned, replaced cabinets, removed stove and cleaned the walls. They also handwashed items in the kitche cabinets.

They were just great. They helped move thing out and ever offered to move them back in again. They handed the insurance very well.
