We have really struggled with this contractor. Here are some of the issues:
- It takes multiple days to get a call back to schedule an appointment for days or weeks out (due to their workload). On our last warranty issue, it was nearly a month to get them out to look at a bathroom issue with a fixture.
- On the fixture with an issue, it appears that it was initially wired wrong causing a vibration in the heater. They have come out twice to look at it, replaced a component, and now it vibrates the walls and floor when it runs.
- Our home also has a built in generator from another electrical provider (that we are very pleased with). When working to expand the generator hook up, they explained that they ran single runs out to all of areas - legal and within code, but it makes any future expansion or repairs difficult. Some of the circuits were not properly labeled. They had to do extra work to expand a circuit.
- We had an issue with a microwave install. They claimed they had not even installed it. However, they billed our builder $50 for the install. Our builder gave up and fixed it himself.
We understand that they have undergone some management changes, so hopefully this experience is temporary.
The initial repair was quick, but we had to call them back to mark the circuits and to fully complete the project.
The owner was quick to fix and issues we brought to his attention.
