Steve and his crew did a great job. They also did a few extras at no extra cost. Cleaned up after themselves which is extremely important to me. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend and we will use them again.

Excellent. They came on time, worked hard, and did just what they were supposed to do. They did not smash anything and there were lots of possible things to smash! It is clear they have a lot of experience and are very skilled.

Great. I have used them for 4 years. Dave was on the job and is not afraid to tell his guys to do a bit more to get the job done the way he wants. After all, I'm a plumber. Why would I tell him how to trim a tree? Eddie

While I did not get a written assessment of the evaluation performed, I received an assurance that my trees exhibited reasonable health and was not in danger of falling in the near term. Some follow-up was promised but was not done.

From the first day that Dave Tully and Steve Gamble (owners) both came to my home to do a complete tree evaluation I knew that I had met a very rare company that not only provided me with valuable and knowledgeable information, but took the time to answer my questions and concerns in a manner that was not only professional but explained in detail that I could understand. The day the services were preformed I met 2 more of Niwaki's team members PLUS both owners also came out to help and make sure everything was done as discussed. All 4 of these gentlemen were so nice, professional and courteous I was blown away and look forward to continued business with them as they return throughout the year for pruning and fertilization of all my shrubs, trees and lawn.

Very well. I originally requested quote to fell one tree. Vendor persuaded me to trim tree instead. He then identified a badly infected tree that should be taken down and another, less infected tree, that could be saved by treatment with chemicals. He also recommended trimming remaining trees on property. View of nearby lake has improved, a very attractive tree was saved, and yard looks great.

My experience with this company was awesome. I inquired for an estimated on line. I received a all back within the hour and spoke to a professional office staff member. The services the team provided were rated top notch. They worked diligently, throughly but got the job done in a timely manner. The cleanup was phenomenal. I would certainly hire again.

On Saturday Night 04/30/2016 the Fort Mill area was hit with several thunderstorms. One of the thunderstorm split one of the Bradford Pears trees in my front yard causing it the strike my house. After looking up Tree Service providers on Angie's list I call Niwaki tree service with in 2 hours the Owner Dave Tally and Steve were at our house looking over the damage. In addition to the tree that was split Dave examined the other Bradford Pear tree and discover that it too was damaged. Dave and Steve gave me a good price to take both trees down. Steve said he could send a crew that afternoon to take the one splits tree down and get it off our house but would have to send his crew back another day to take down the other one. As was the case both Saturday and Sunday late afternoon thunderstorms entered the area so those plans had to be reschedule. Steve called me that afternoon and we scheduled both trees to be taken down the next day. The Niwaki crew arrived on time the next morning and hit the ground running. Both trees were cut down loaded up with in 3 hours. The precision at which this crew worked together was amazing, as one cut the tree limbs the others were picking them up and running them through the wood chipper. Then one grabbed a rake and the other a blower and were cleaning everything thing up as they went. The men were very polite and made sure my property was taken care of. Hats off to a job well done. 

They did a great job taking the trees down and did not damage the yard. They where in and out within 1 hour. Clean and rack my yard of any limbs. They also clean the street and left everything in great shape. They also followed up with me on Monday to make sure I was satisfied.

This is the 2nd time we have used Niwaki tree company.
the crew was very professional they were mindful not to damage property they cleaned up after themselves, not to mention answering all of our questions ,

The Niwaki team did a great job trimming a large old oak tree that was dangerously dropping dead branches for a few years. They also trimmed 3 large limbs off a gumball tree growing too close to the house. They removed all the cut wood and fallen branches, and left the yard neat and clean. There was a small schedule delay, first due to the weather, and then to some technical problems, but it was nothing compared to the great price they gave me (I talked to at least 4 other providers, and the lowest estimate from them was $900). I have already recommended Niwaki to my friend.

We received an onsite quote.  It was obvious they are very knowledgeable about the types of trees and how they should be pruned.  The crew arrived when scheduled and completed the job as expected.  They were very safety conscious, had all the correct equipment, did not cause any damage to surrounding trees or shrubs, and cleaned up after themselves.  They were able to add on a couple of additional items after they arrived for a small additional fee.  Very satisfied.
