We were given a quote which had to be revised up slightly due to our non-standard sized door having to be special ordered. Their craftsmanship was excellent and I am not one that is pleased easily. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up and removed all the debris when done. The carpenters, painter and caulker were top of the line in quality and expertise. Everyone took their time to do the job right. The door they provided was perfect, the sill was repaired A1, and the hardwood floors they had to remove were put back in better than expected. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

We used Mike Efaw, Siding by the Best after several recommendations from neighbors. Mike visited twice and spoke with me multiple times on the phone before I finally settled on siding, gutters and gutter covers for my home. The guys who performed the work were a pleasure to have around--they seemed to enjoy their work and working together. While working on the siding, we arranged to have our deck torn down and completely re-built as part of the upgrade process. A couple of months later, once I had another area ready, MIke sent his guys back to replace a window. I was never rushed or pressured to hurry my decision. The office staff made sure I was informed of things that affected my project. We did experience some extended delays getting our work started due to rain, however, we were kept informed.
