Matt at Metrolina Computer in Rock Hill is a gem! My son Chris and I brought in his laptop on Monday, and Matt was simply outstanding. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix a minor issue with the computer, but he also took the time to inspect Chris’ iPod—without us even asking. His patience, professionalism, and clear explanations made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just fixing machines. We left feeling grateful and confident, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Matt came to my house and after quite a while diagnosing my pc, he determined the problem was with my isp, he was right. He called my isp and insisted they send a new modem (they were reluctant but, he was not backing down).They sent new modem and problem was fixed.

The technician very quickly diagnosed the problem with the computer, explaining and showing what was wrong. It was very clear that he knew what he was doing, especially as i listened in to his conversation with my son, a computer whiz, who concurred, and then gave specs for the new hardware. The price on the parts reflects the quality of the specs given.
The tech increased my level of confidence when, upon delivery, the computer performed as expected. The assurance that I can return if there are problems was also very helpful.
If I have any other computer related issues, Metrolina will be my first stop.

Matt came to my home the next day and got my wi fi up and running. My laptop hard drive had crashed and wouldn't automatically connect to the internet. He took care of business efficently and was on his way.

They do pretty good job I think. They are honest and competent. They are friendly to deal with.
