 + -1 moreOverall we are extremely pleased with the work Chris and his assistant did for us as well as the very reasonable and competitive price we paid. We've since had Chris quote us a price for hooking up the surround sound and our TV in our bonus room and plan to use his company again. The new technology Chris set up for us and ease of use, makes living in our new townhouse very enjoyable. We highly recommend his company!
Description of Work: Our townhouse was pre-wired for surround sound and we wanted to set up a new flat screen TV and our ipod and DVD player in the first level of our house. Chris came out and discussed ideas and options with us and got back to us with a quote of items we would need to purchase and the cost of doing the job. We decided to purchase some components from Chris and also use some of our old equipment. Chris and his assistant arrived on time the day we had the work done and were very efficient and clean in how they did their work. Whenever there was an optional way of setting things up he explained the choices, offered his professional opinion and then set it up according to my decision. Lastly, he programmed our remote control to our preferences and explained its use in detail. I called him a few days later for a 'quick review' of remote usage and he was very clear and easy to understand.
