I've used Jeff twice now for Minor AC issues. His prices are very reasonable, he is very honest and will only suggest something that you need to be repaired. This past month after the first service call he replaced a capacitor in my downstairs unit and the downstairs cooled down that day. He added Freon to the upstairs unit and after a week my upstairs was still lagging a bit. I called him and reported the issue and he was at our house within an hour for the second service call. He then added Freon and cleaned the suction line on the upstairs unit. This fixed the upstairs immediately and he did not charge us for this second service call! He is very customer friendly and personable. He replaced a unit in one of my parents' rental houses recently. His price was the best around and he did an exceptional job. I'll definitely use him again.

He will only suggest something that you need to have repaired and that is a quality that I look for in someone I pay to fix something. This past time he came out he replaced my capacitor and added Freon in my upstairs unit (R410A refrigerant). The downstairs cooled down immediately. After a week the upstairs unit was still lagging a bit. I called him and he came out and added more Freon and then cleaned the suction line. Not only did this fix my issue and my upstairs has been back to normal ever sense, he did not charge us for this second service call! Also he checked my units and the coils and determined that they were fine and did not need to be cleaned as part of yearly maintenance. Overall he is extremely honest, very knowledgeable, and personable. My parents had Jeff replace a unit in one of their rental houses and his price was better than anyone around and he did an excellent job. I'll definitely use him again.

Everything was great.  Good service and great. 

This company is just one guy. He was much more personal than people from other companies. We had a better experience with this company than with other companies. They are very reasonable in their pricing. When they give you an estimate, that's what the price is. If the price turns out higher than expected, they immediately tell you why. They show up when they say they will. If you call them and it's 100 degrees and they are really busy, they will tell you. It's a small company, so you usually get to talk to the owner. We've never had to call them back.
