Anyway he has been doing our heating and cooling since forever and I have this unit 15-16 years now and last year he had to replace quite a few parts and stuff with pretty much done an overhaul of our system and my sister uses him to take care of her system. He is very good to. He helps every way he can with his prices – he tries to do well by it. He charges us $300 for the year. We pay $150 in the spring like now he’ll be coming to tune up the system and clean everything and $150 again in the fall before we turn the heat on. He goes to the whole system and cleans everything up. If we need repairs most of the time the repairs are almost pretty much covered but we have to pay for parts sometimes because we are on his maintenance contract. I’m not sure of exactly how that works we’ve just use them for so long we didn’t even pay attention but he is again somebody who I would recommend and does a great job. I’ve never felt he took advantage of us. He charges us the right price. When he buys the parts he comes here and shows us what he pays for the parts. We needed a new exchanger and he showed us that it going to cost us to get it from train was $400 and so he started looking around he found that his dad had one on the shelf and so he paid for it for $200 a few years back. Again like I said he was trying to help us save money. Price is excellent. It is very good and professional quality work. We’ve been using them for 5 years and we’ve never had an issue. Anything he fixed is always been fine. For emergency like if we called them on Sunday because we have no heat or no air – he comes over and this also happen to my sister were she had no heat one winter night and he went there to help her out.
