He agreed to head out to the site to inspect and provide a cost estimate the same day despite the several emergencies he was already working on the other side of town. He inspected the electrical system inside and out. He also tidied a few things up for a very reasonable rate (On the Spot) and certified the electrical for Purchase and was willing to state as much to the appraiser. I cannot believe the response and willingness he showed to help me in my time of need. I will be calling him for my next electrical job as well as referring him to any and all of my friends and family.

The workmen were punctual and professional. We are happy with the job that was done.

Their work was solid and the price was fair. $80 an hour. I assume that's fairly standard, a fair price for an electrician. Very good quality. I think they are probably generally responsive. They were apparently working some emergencies when I called them to schedule but they were here in a reasonable period of time. I was happy. I don't really have any complaints. They were very punctual. Once they agreed to a time, they met it.

VERY quickly, cleanly, very professional and courteous. Let us know exactly what the installation involved, and suggested the most efficient way to meet our wishes.

I needed two outside lights worked on and they both work now, I'm very happy. I would deal with them again. I have an old house so I'm sure I will deal with them again :).

They were prompt and punctual.

Part of the house didn't have power. Called Howard at around 8p.m. He came out within the hour. Found the short and repaired it. Very friendly, prompt and professional. We will definitely use him again in the future.

We were desperate to find an electrician to correct a problem caused by a contractor who was working under our house. We discovered our water heater was not working, and determined it was an electrical problem. When we called Howard, at 6:30 that evening, he called back within one minute, and arrived at our house within 45 minutes. He was very friendly both on the phone, and in person. He investigated the wiring, and found that it had been shorted by some acid (!) that had leaked onto the water heater from a bottle that was placed on top of it. He worked quickly to clean up the mess, and repair the wiring. He got along well with us, and with the contractor, who was also present.
