LOWE'S

I actually installed it myself. I paid them $15 to remove the old dryer. They came and removed the old dryer and they brought in new dryer. The only problem I had that I thought was a little strange, the new dryer didn't come with a 3-prong plug. So they wanted to sell me a 3-prong plug in the store for an amount that I thought was too much and so I ended up taking the plug off the old dryer. They did not suggest that. I was shocked that it wasn't already equipped with that plug. They brought the dryer in and out, pretty hard to screw that up. They offer great discounts for veterans, they offer 10% off.

They had Ken Oaks come in and do the cabinets.  They sub-contracted him.  I would give Lowe's A's across the board.

They are number one on my list. I won?t go anywhere else unless they don?t have what I need.

I walk in he door with at least 50 bucks. They need more people working there. They have what you need. There are just not enough people working on the floors. When somebody helps you, they are very helpful, it's just finding someone to help you.

My experience with them was not that great.  There were issues we’ve been through but we end up with the fence on.

So far, so good. I would definitely recommend the Lowe's for that. They called to make sure that I was aware that the materials are going to be delivered this afternoon. They've been very good with follow-ups. They're very good. The salesman from their department always gets back to me when I call him. There was a time that I had to wait for the approval of my fence, he followed-up with me to remind me. He is pretty good.

First the delivery was postponed two times and when they finally did deliver, they got the wrong cords for Dryer. So they had to go back and come again for completing the setup. They didn't give the invoice documentation along with the delivery. I called like 6 or 7 times and every time i was waiting on line for 15-20 minutes. So far I didn't get that invoice number.

They're punctual, and they showed up. The fence that they put in was beautiful, and they got it done at that day. Afterwards, they cleaned up. I got 18 months financing which is perfect. I don't pay the interest, so I just pay a monthly fee. I just love working with them. Their design person came out and took some information on the design of the fence, and he was just outstanding! I would absolutely use them again.

They had things that I needed and the price was reasonable. I enjoyed their customer service. We told them what we needed and they showed us what they had not only in store, but also online. One piece was ordered and was shipped to us and the other one was in the store and we picked it up. They are economical, reliable, and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of plumbing fixtures and plumbing supply.

They had the main tower in the yard already. So, we all the grandparents pitched in and bought different pieces. Lowe's is great. They also give a military discount, which is nice. My husband is a retired military, so they honor the military. I also had them install my washroom dryer.

I think Lowe's has terrible customer service. I will continue to shop at loses because it is convenient but I know I will not get help.

Everything went very well. When I purchases the faucet at Lowe's, they set everything up pretty quick to have somebody come out and install it. They asked if I wanted to take the faucet with me or have the installer bring it. There was an extra charge to have the installer bring it so I brought it home. The installer came right on schedule and had everything done like clock work.

I felt the personal were extremely unresponsive. They didn't really acknowledge me. No one attempted to engage or help me. They didn't have a good experience.

We chose lowe's because there was a sale on carpeting of 20% off, no payments/no interest 12 months, we have a Lowe's credit card. When we went to place the order, we spent a long time there, because they were inadequately staffed. It took almost two hours. The woman helping us, Betty, was very nice, just short staffed. Watson's was functional. They measured for the carpet and did as required. The installers were very nice and helpful. They only left two small marks on the wall, during installation. They did have to come back, to fix a spot that came loose. They were prompt and quick for both the installation and this repair. When we got our bill, it was not marked no interest, as it should be. We called the credit line and they stated they corrected it. We have not received another bill yet to see if it was taken care of.

Jay is a kitchen specialist who works for Lowe's. He came up with some great suggestions and really knew the products and what materials to use in our kitchen to make it look the best it could. It was a great experience all around.
