First, the gentleman asked me for my line of work, and after being told he made comments that people in my profession made lots of money and were generally crooks (paraphrasing.) I ignored this comment. He seemed fidgety the entire time and frequently interrupted to make comments such as "we're a corporation" and "we have a web-site" and "I use e-mail" and we usually work on (more expensive) houses. His comments weren t on topic. At the end of the walk-around, the gentleman nose-to-nose began to scream at me about how I had walked him around (the house) by the nose like a child and how we have a web-site etc. as before. Some of this was overheard by a neighbor. After his tirade, I calmly reminded him that he had asked for a description of the work to be performed and asked him to please calm down. At that, he broke into a grin and apologized, and then began to touch/hug me and said something about stress. Later, he sent me an e-mail saying he was too busy to do the work.

DID GOOD JOB IN REPAIR BUT BROKE HINGES AND PIPE AND REFUSED TO REPAIR.
