MR. LANGSTON AND HIS SON TOGETHER THOROUGHLY REVIEWED THE PROPERTY. I WAS TOLD IT MAY TAKE ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE THEY WOULD HAVE THE PAPERWORK READY. TO MY SURPRISE, I WAS NOTIFIED 3 DAYS LATER THAT IT WAS COMPLETE. THE WORK WAS THOROUGH; THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND PROMPT.
