Howard Kellett is very attentive beginning with his store. He knows the products and makes recommendations based on the customer's needs. He was punctual in all appointments--a big plus for me.
The installation company (Howe's) did excellent work and was careful with our furniture.
Very pleased with the product although I did think the price was a little high.
