+ -1 moreTHE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME WAS ON TIME, PLEASANT, PERSONABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE CABLE TO OUR SATELLITE DISH WAS CUT. ANOTHER COMPANY WANTED $119 TO RESTRING THE CABLE AND THEY COULDN'T COME OUT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THE OPERATOR GAVE ME SEVERAL PEOPLE TO CALL ON MY OWN. JIM'S CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, STRUNG THE CABLE, SPLICED IT UNDER THE PORCH AND STAPLED IT TO THE UNDER FLOOR OF THE PORCH SO IT WOULDN'T REST ON THE GROUND.
