+ -1 moreTheir basic diagnostic charge is a reasonable $38.50. They said that the main problem was that I had flooded it from not releasing the choke soon enough. They made a minor carb adjustment, and only charged me $38.50. The man also took a few minutes to explain how to start it better. Altogether a very good experience. I never imagined I wouldn't be charged more.
Description of Work: My Stihl chainsaw wouldn't start. It has had very little use, and I was really frustrated with it.
