J & K IRRIGATION

I called the number and told the man that we had a drip line that wasn't working and several plants had died. He not only sent to men out to repair the line, they also took the time to review every single zone and every head to make sure things were running as expected to their standard. My normal company hadn't returned 3 calls, these folks not only took the call they got me scheduled in the same day because of the problem. These men spent 6 hours at my house and tuned my system to handle all of the updates that i had performed to the yard. They covered every concern that my wife and I had. These guys are top notch and I will recommend to my friends and family. They have become my go to irrigation company!!! Thank you so much!!

J&K Irrigation (Bobby Jones proprietor) was recommended to us by our neighbor in Fort Mill to put in our in-ground irrigation system (new construction home). Bobby was very pleasant to work with, he offered the lowest price, we feel he put in a well-designed system and he was easy to work with. We had an issue with a line leak that may have been caused by a lawn aeration that was done without prior notice while we were away. Bobby's crew came out right away and fixed it. Bobby stands behind his work. There are now 5 houses in our immediate neighborhood who have used J&K and I have not heard any complaints.

We called Bobby after reviewing his company on Angies list.  We had just had a new patio installed by Gulley Landscape and new landscape plants and shrubs installed by RDC Environmental and needed the irrigation sysem designed to fit the new paito and landscape.  Bobby and his crew came out in one day completed the job in a professional manner.  
Bobby is a seasoned professional who's knows his business and is honest and pays attention to detail as well as service.  I strongly recommened him if you ever need your irrigation serviced.

We had a frozen pipe burst last Feb (with leak before any valves so I had no way to stop it), Bobby's guy worked Friday night in freezing cold to replace the pipe and install underground valve.
Mid November I found that the new valve would not close completely so I had no way to winterize the system. Called Bobby and his crew replaced the valve under warranty.
Good job, would use their service again.

We had several heads that were not functioning properly (more than half a dozen) that J&K  swapped out with new heads.  They also installed five new heads in the backyard to cover areas previously not getting watered.  They closed off 3-4 heads that no longer needed to water an area that had been re-landscaped with no vegetation.  
They also helped with a wet spot in our backyard - no matter how hot or dry it was, we had a 4' diameter that was always muddy and wet.  Initially they were going to dig and put in a french drain, but when they dug in they found that it was merely a leaking pipe, which they fixed and covered back up.  Later, when reviewing the changes in the irrigation system, we found another leaking pipe that they promptly fixed.
That night I did have to turn on the sprinklers and redirect some of the new heads they installed - they were watering the fence more than the grass, but once redirected they were fine.  One corner plant in the backyard doesn't quite get enough water from the sprinkler head for that area, but I don't mind watering that one plant on my own from time to time during the dry months.  
All in all they were at the house about 3-4 hours and did a great job.  I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again when the need arises!

J&K are great to work with. They are professional and know what they are doing. You can count on them to fix, repair or install and do it correctly. They also test to make sure everything is working properly.

Very good, initial quality just fine.  Had a leak and they came out and fixed it and looked like the leak never happened and the grass was put back almost flawless.  Had one other leak and they fixed it no problem, but they rushed through putting the dirt and grass back in place and left uneven ground and small holes in the area of the repair.  No other issue since, system works great.
They come each year and shut down and restart the system automatically for one small fee. 

Initially the first contact was great.  Very personable, came out right away and gave me a price immediately.  This price was considerably lower than other quotes we received.  Installed system in acceptable amount of time.  Later our lawn service explained to us that the work was sub par.  The system heads were not buried deep enough into the ground.  There was a large swell where the main irrigation turn off and turn on is located.  Getting J & K to come out before winter to turn off the system was a terrible ordeal.  They took forever to get to it.  I don't even call them anymore for anything.

I have used Jand K for over 4 years to repair another companies poorly installed system….. Father Bobby and son jason are awesome. Highly recommend.

They were working on a neighbor's irrigation and I asked them if they could come over and help me out and they did. I would highly recommend them. They were very ethical. They were kind and helpful. They answered questions. They even showed us how to do a couple of things on our own. Their quality was good. He works with his sons. The price was very fair.

The irrigation repairs were completed on day-one. Bobby's work ethic showed me that he provided a safe work environment for his employees in taking the responsibility in contacting the underground electrical and telephone utilities to mark underground interferences adjacent to the existing broken water line. After the underground utility lines were properly marked, Jand K Irrigation trenched the lines for installation of the new water pipe. The new water line was installed in one-day, as per the original schedule. On another note, Bobby discovered the irrigation piping did not have a valve connecting the irrigation pipe to the city water meter. So he installed a valve for maintenance and winterizing my existing irrigation system.
Jand K Irrigation tested the new water line in my presence to show their work was performed safely and to the best of my expectations. I highly recommend Jand K Irrigation (Bobby Jones) for repairing irrigation systems and installing new water lines for new or existing homes.

I asked them to place irrigation in my lawn and to place a drain line for some puddling areas. They placed the sprinklers poorly, placed the control box in a place where it could never be relocated. To this day, we do not know where it is. The drain line was poorly placed. They saw my nice neighborhood and nice home and decided to take advantage of me. I even tried to call them about it later but the owner/installer simply kept giving poor excuses. Now I realize I may not be an expert in lawn and irrigation but I am very well educated and hold several advanced degrees and am capable of understanding the concepts involved. I had to hire Rainwagon irrigation who came and replaced the entire irrigation. I had to hire a landscape specialist to address the drainage issue. Will never use Jand K Irrigation again in my life. I would recommend them only if you are wanting a poorly performed job for your project. They tried to take advantage of my elderly mother's property by asking her if she would like them to place irrigation at her home. Luckily I was there to ward them off!!!!! Thank you all!! Not only was this company literally 1/2 the price of what I was quoted elsewhere, they did an excellent job. I was very happy with Bobby and his team. They were very careful not to hit the underground, electric dog fence. They also stated that if they broke the dog fence line, they would replace it themselves. They completed the job very quickly and trained me on how to use the system.

They got the job done. They were very professional and did a good job. They listened to us if there were any concerns. They come out twice a year. I like them.

I called this company thinking it was the one I had used before. They came promptly to fix a sprinkler head leak. The next day it was still leaking. Meantime I found the number of the company I'd used before - A Williamson. They came a few days later (very busy - I can see why). No more leaks!

Last year Bobby installed sprinklers for the entire yard and they did a wonderful job. This year I needed to move 2 sprinklers and have another added. Bobby is the only person I call if I need anything done with my sprinklers! He is the best!!

Johnny came out and gave me an estimate last Thursday. I accepted the contract on Friday. He came by Sunday night and flagged the yard. The crew started Monday morning and finished around Noon Tuesday. Johnny came back Tuesday evening and installed the control box and checked and adjusted everything. Great job and not a big mess.
