Whatever you do, do not buy a home built by Infinity Designs of Rock Hill, SC. We purchased our home from them in February 2007 and it has been nothing but a money pit since the day we moved in. For example: Concrete Driveway that has cracks and broken sections that will cost me $3,000.00 to get repaired; Window latch locks that just break apart when trying to lock; Windows that do not stay up due to shotty workmanship when they were installed; Floors that creak in almost every room of the house; Lawn was not properly graded and seeded and now we have run off that's eroding the yard; Cheap appliances and cabinets were installed - had to replace the dishwasher after 2 years and the cabinet doors do not shut all the way, even when they've been sprayed with silicone and adjusted; Bonus room ceiling had to be replaced shortly after moving in because it was sagging; HVAC system has never worked properly in our home - had HVAC system serviced by a reputable contractor from Angie's List and was told that the A/C unit that was installed is not big enough to cool our entire house, which we've been dealing with since the day we moved in; I could go on and on, but trust me, you do not want to own a home built by this company, period!!! The site foreman we had to deal with was a total jerk, which is probably why he no longer works for them, but I'm sure they probably have someone just as bad who replaced him!!!
