Monica Honeycutt said she’d clean my house, but really she cleaned a few things and left. None of the bedrooms were touched at all. Both toilets were still dirty. The shower was dirty. Counters were only minimally cleaned. She “dusted” by wiping some shelves and not moving any frames or anything at all. I’m not really sure what she did at all. I asked for a refund and she was hostile. The picture of dust is what I swept with a broom from the bedrooms and hallway after she left. Unbelievable.

Worst decision. Wasted my money. $200 per an hour, 2 person (my lawyer is less expensive and does his job) Please read reviews before hiring. I can’t imagine how a regular cleaning will be if this one was “deep”. I contacted Meredith and she was so rude and unprofessional.

The two women arrived 45 minutes early with a bucket, some cloths and a mop. I had very specific "directions" for them to follow and they obviously didn't understand them because showers were not cleaned, the outside of the commodes were not cleaned, the appliances were not wiped down..... At one point, one of the women asked me if I would like the counters wiped off. Of course, I looked puzzled and said, "yes, of course I want the counters wiped off". She was supposed to wipe down all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets....she proceeded to try and stand on her tip toes to reach the cabinets when I told her there was a ladder. She said, "I'm tall, and can reach most of it". When I walked through the house and pointed out things they missed the one lady acted extremely put out by me. Unbelievable! I am so furious that I even paid these two women! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Do not waste your time AND money on this company.

Beware of Imperial Sparkle Fairies (Monica Honeycutt). I tore my meniscus and need to have surgery so I cannot get around well. I hired them to do an August special deep clean. It was over $200.00 and they did not complete the items on the list. They did not clean all baseboards, dust, do the stairways. The owner confirmed that they "missed" things and she offered a discount on the next cleaning. I stated that I was not interested in another cleaning. Also, the ladies claimed that the house was haunted! One of the ladies said that she pulled up a paranormal app on her phone and it "light up". You CAN'T make this stuff up!!! So I am out money, and having to clean what wasn't done. Will be more careful in the future.

They did an excellent job. They were on time. Very personable and communicative.

Excellent! Monica even called while she was cleaning and advised me of things that she found at the house in case I was not aware. A crack in the bathtub, some rotted wood on a few window sills, a hole at the staircase. This was very valuable information to me as the Listing Agent. Clean as a Whistle!

I Would highly recommend Imperial sparkle fairies to anyone who is looking for weekly, biweekly or monthly service or if you just need a step up in the right direction to get caught up on life they were fast, professional and were able to get our house looking new! Imperial Sparkle Fairies have cleaned my home several times in the past 5 months and have done a stupendous job every time. They always ask for feedback after each cleaning and if I've ever told them they've missed something they have gone above and beyond to fix it. They are incredibly nice, easy to communicate with and overall great people. They also use environmentally friendly products and love on your pets while they are in your home. :-)
