Howes did the roofing on my new construction home. After about nine months of living in the home, some of our shingles blew off in 38 mph winds. The builder, who we won't mention here, called Howes who said it wasn't their fault and wanted money to fix. After looking at the shingles, most only had three nails installed. From everything I read online, 4 in the min roofers should use. I had to fight and fight to get this company and the builder to step up and fix it for free. They blamed the weather and not the install but the nail holes didn't lie. It was finally fixed but I would not recommend this company.

Terry Howe was punctual and professional. I received four estimates for the job and his price was by far the best. The roof was completed in two days. Professional service, clean up and lifetime warranty on architectural grade shingles. Mr. Howe also provided another service professional to install gutters and that job was completed promptly and professionally as well. Very pleased with the services provided.

I was pleased with his work. He did a really good job. He was on time and his prices were reasonable. There was an area of the roof that was not completely done properly and he did go back and correct it.

The only issue we had was that when we had a problem, it was difficult getting them to come and fix it. We didn't mind little problems but we wanted them to come out and fix it fast. Their communication was bad. The quality of the work was good. When we had an issue they didn't communicate properly with us and they didn't make us feel real comfortable about the whole situation. It did get fixed. We wouldn't use them again.

He was quick, very prompt and did really good work. He cleaned up. He was a really great guy and his quality of product was great. I would recommend him to anyone.
