Description of Work: Replaced wood flooring in kitchen and did an excellent job! |Always arrived exactly on time, answers calls promptly, pleasure to work with and would definitely use again. No surprises and they know what they are doing. Would recommend them.

Description of Work: Had an extra tall carport built from scratch and attached to home on very hilly terraine. Joe did an amazingly, efficient, proficient, and level job. He had it completed in 5 days, including, footings, framing, roofing including overhangs, shingles, making his own caps for the roof and attaching it to a roofed side-door exit. He suggested adds to the plans which would make the carport look better with the house. He can pull permits in both NC and SC. He called if delayed by another job due to rain. He came when he said he would. He and his helper worked together wonderfully. There were no bad words, accidents or mistakes. We provided the materials and plan. He provided the labor and expertise, always letting us know what he was doing and if there were any problems, which there were none. Would recommend him highly. He does it all right, right from his attention to a timely initial response to putting a tray under his truck to avoid oil on our driveway. The local lumberyard said his work is great and he is responsible. We second that!
