I appreciated what he did for me. He offered me good service and gave me good referrals. He gave me a good appraisal on a home and we decided not to buy it based on his assessment. He's helped me very much in finding a project manager for a home that we are looking at buying.

Did not report obvious crack in foundation. Did not notify three rotten window ledges. Check out their BBB report - their rating is poor.

Mr. Connolly did an excellent job and helped me through the process from beginning to end. He did a great job on the inspections and documented everything with pictures in great detail. I was extremely pleased and will recommend him to anyone.
