I. T. indicated modem would have to be taken in, gave app.cost and return date. He was very professional and described problem in detail. Owner called the next morning to set up delivery time. Installation and set up went very well. As tech. was winding up, my wife indicated her interest in purchasing a notebook. He went online and pulled up a few, made a few suggestions as to what would best serve our needs. Once we decided on one, he offered to pick it up for us, take it back to his shop, put in more memory and install a better security system. He did this for what we felt was a reasonable price. We felt that both techs who came out were very professional and were patient with various questions.
