Service manager was courteous and professional.  Also had them replace the air filter, a running light, and fix 2 tires that had nails in them.  Service was completed on time and $50 less than quote.  Will definitely come back for future service needs.

Have used this shop for 2.5 years and LOVE their service! Their managers are super helpful, get to the root of the problem, and give you options when possible. They have a great crew that is well-versed in a variety of cars and components and are attentive to fixing things right the first time.
Overall, these guys are great and I would recommend them (and will continue to use them).

I chose them because I was new to the area and I looked on Angie's List and they were on there. I thought that their prices were outrageous but the service was okay although I never went back because of the price. They seemed to be punctual and did a decent job however I had the same problem later and had to have the same thing done a year later. I will not use them again in the future.

They did a good job but they got the job done faster than they first estimated, which was good.

I think they were friendly and I think they did a good job. I think that they were overly priced, however. They were also very professional.

We spent about $25 on that work and it went fine and I had a coupon to use.

The big reason that we go there is because we have a credit card that they'll take. They are pretty much the only auto place we've used since we've moved here. We've been going in there a lot, so they know us now. When I first started going there, I was comfortable with some of them, and more recently I've become comfortable with all of them. I've been fairly pleased with the level of service that they have provided. They put in a lot of effort to help the customer. There was a time when we had a lot of service issues with our vehicles. They tried to work with us a little bit. They are customer-oriented.
