He came as scheduled to evaluate. Emailed me a written estimate. Planned two trips to fix and did those in time and as discussed.

Don Aitken gave me an estimate on the work and was able to start within 2 weeks.  I liked the fact that he doesn't push small jobs back behind larger jobs.  He does them in the order that he receives them.  The quality of the work was great and I could tell that Don and his employees take pride in their work.  He added a few thinks to the work in the bathroom after I asked to make a few modifications.  He made sure that I knew that this was not a bother to him and he made it look better than I could have imagined.  I am very happy with all of the work and with the Donden employees.

Very good experience

It looked OK at first, but closer inspection revealed the use of substandard, undersized hardware and barely passable structural points (but it passed inspection). I brought this to their attention and they promised to make it right. That was a year ago.

The construction process went great! Don and his crew were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. Once the project began, they were here early every morning and it only took a few weeks for it to be completed. Don took care of all the permits and everything was done "by the book." He was also flexible on items that we decided to alter once construction began. My husband and I couldn't be happier and we will definitely hire him again for our future projects! He gets an A+++.

We were so excited when we saw the final product. These guys did an outstanding job when it came right down to their overall craftsmanship. I have had quite a few compliments on our new deck. We were definitely impressed with the courtesy that they showed us in regards to answering any and all of our questions. I was so happy that we did not have a giant mess to clean up after they left.

We were pleased with this company. They did a great job. We have had one tiny roof leak but they fixed it right away. They are a super group of workers. We certainly felt that we got our money's worth out of this company.

I am a very satisfied person and I have no problems with anything. Donden is a very responsible company and they live up to their word. I actually did have a slight problem with the material, but, they came right away to fix it for me. There was no question and no waiting period for them to come out either. They did what they said and that was that. Everything is now fine.

It took about 2 to 3 weeks for them to complete our deck, and some of that time was due to weather delays. They also did exactly what they said they would. Instead of using pickets, we had them use an aircraft cable around the deck for an open look, but just as secure. Everything turned out great.

I can't say enough about how happy we are. The actual owner not only oversees the project but he works himself so you know there is quality work being done. It s not like a bunch of subs slapping something together. It is very sturdy in construction. I feel it is a really good additional living area.

I was very satisfied with the job they did. There were some rain delays that were out of their control. They were here early every morning and worked hard to get the job done. They did excellent work. They are a professional company. I would recommend them to others.
