I called two weeks later and spoke with his receptionist, April 8, 2013. I did not receive a return call from the provider in a week so I called again. I was informed that another worker will call to arrange a time to finish the repairs. I never heard from the associate nor the provider.
"Ms. [removed member name], I would like to apologize for the lack of response to your electrical request. The problem originated in the office, not with the servicemen. I, the office manager, have been distracted by family and health problems which caused me to overlook your call. I can thankfully tell you that now my issues are resolved and I'm totally focused on my work again. If we can ever assist you with any electrical problem, please give us a chance to repair our reputation with you. Becky Dickson, Office Manager"
