We've used them before and they are good. They are excellent. It didn't really take them long. I know you're paying for parts and knowledge too but it seemed a little high to me. They called to confirm and then called to confirm again which is great.

It's been a few years since I did a winter tune-up to my furnaces. Comfort Zone provide a great price and convenient time, so I selected them. The service tech arrived on time and spent over an hour servicing both furnaces. After he was done, he walked me through the systems and showed me some things to look out for as my furnace gets older. He let me know which parts are likely to fail in the coming years and gave me a list of prices so we can prepare. All in all, I was very satisfied.

They Were very professional and very timely. The owner came to the job site to ensure that the job was done right and he followed up to address any issues or concerns.

Jason had confirmed in an earlier visit that our existing gas pack was beyond repair. He came to the house to discuss our needs and present us with our options. He listened well, was detailed in his recommendations, and steered us in the direction that would best address our concerns. Specifically, our family suffers terribly from the dry air in winter, and Jason recommended a hybrid unit that runs on electricity down to an adjustable, pre-set temperature, then switches to gas once the outside temperature falls below the set-point, leaving more humidity in the air at those higher temperatures. Another concern was the fact that the thermostat is above the television, and subject to the heat the television emits. Jason recommended a thermostat with the ability to read the temperature at either the wall or a remote sensor.

On the day of installation, the servicemen arrived shortly before the appointed time. They completed most of the outside installation before coming in to install the thermostat. Other than the short amount of time they were in the house, we hardly knew they were there. In all, the installation took 4-4.5 hours (they had projected 4-5 hours).

As far as I can tell, the installation went without a hitch. At our instruction, they left some drywall dust and wire insulation behind. There were no remnants of the old unit or pad. My only two complaints, if I had to come up with any, were a screw we found on the driveway several days later, and the just slightly off-level thermostat that I haven't bothered to straighten yet. Otherwise, they were unobtrusive, professional, early and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again (and, in fact, am inquiring about a whole-house humidifier now).
